• Service Guarantee:

  Your satisfaction is our number one priority! Thus, we ask that you call us within seven (7) days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy for the opportunity to make things right.

• Product Guarantee:
  We offer a full exchange on all product purchases. It is important to us that you have the correct
  hair, nails, and skin care products for your home use.

  You must have exactly what works for you and not add to the product graveyard that exists in
  many bathroom cabinets and shelves.

  We encourage you to bring in any item that does not meet your expectations, and we will replace
  it with something that better suits your needs.

  Returns are accepted on all hair/nails/skin care products, and you will be given full exchange
  credit toward the purchase of another product.

  Product returns must happen within ten (10) days of purchase. Returns and/or exchanges on
  hair accessories such as clips, combs, blow dryers, flat irons, and brushes are final.

• Payment Methods:
  We accept all Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and Checks.

• Gift Certificates:
  Gift Certificates are available all throughout the year for your generous gift-giving convenience
  and are offered in all amounts.
  Gift Certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates must
  be used within eight (8) months from the date of purchase.

• Gratuities:
  Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases. Gratuities are always appreciated, and we thank you for your thoughtfulness. All tipping must be done in Cash/Venmo/Zelle, or check, made out directly to your service provider.

• Appointments:
  We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure stylist/operator availability, as well as to secure time that works best for your schedule. We do require a credit card to secure your appointment(s). We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to relax, browse style ideas, and enjoy a refreshing beverage. If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late for your appointment, we may need to modify your service(s) or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Our goal is to provide the best service you can receive promptly and on time. To do so, we must implement our appointment/cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for all clients at all times.

  In order to be respectful of other clients and our service providers here at Studio Envision, we ask you to please be kind and courteous to call us if you are unable to attend your appointment, so our time can be allocated to someone else who is in need of our services. This is the only way we can ensure giving our best to all our valued clients.

  In the unlikely event that you miss your appointment without providing us with at least a 24-hour notice (48 hours for 2-hour+ services), you will be billed for the full cost of the missed service(s). Please note that failure to show up for your appointment will result in a full-service charge. These fees will be charged to your credit card or any other form of payment arrangement previously discussed or on file. We want you to know that we also hold ourselves accountable to the same policy. If, for any reason, we cancel on you under a 24-hour time frame notice your next service with us will be free of charge.

• Guest and Pricing Policy:
  We can only accommodate clients receiving services. We thank you for your cooperation and your understanding in advance. Our goal is to provide each client with personalized individual attention. All guests are asked to wait in the reception area. In addition, we ask that all children (not receiving a service) remain supervised in the reception area for their safety.

  All pricing is based on time and the product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to satisfy your particular hair needs. If you have any questions on specific pricing, please call us prior to your service.

• Cell Phones policy:
  We ask that all cell phones be set to vibrate before entering the salon as a courtesy to other clients and members. We strive to provide a relaxing and undisturbed ambiance for all, at all times. If you must use your cell phone, we urge you to please remove yourself from the service area. As always, we appreciate your understanding, and we thank you for honoring our very important cell phone policy.
